Enrollment limited to 18 students.
Development of basic phonetic and structural skills. Greatest emphasis is placed on spoken Spanish, with grammar and written exercises, to develop oral proficiency. Compulsory attendance in two one-hour tutorial sessions. This is a two-semester course. You need both semesters to receive credit. Students must register in the same section in the Spring semester even if the instructor changes.
