Probability distributions and their applications in the natural and social sciences: the concept of probability and conditional probability; discrete and continuous random variables; expected value and variance; applications of the binomial, Poisson, exponential and normal distributions; and the Central Limit Theorem.

Prerequisites: Math 114 or advanced placement.
