Fellowships & Scholarships

The Haverford College Dean's Office and the faculty's Committee on College Honors would like to encourage not only current students but alumni to consider applying for external fellowships and scholarships.

We hope the information will prove of interest. Please note that many of these scholarships officially or effectively seek candidates who have high cumulative grade point averages (i.e., 3.75 and above). If you are unsure, even after reading the information on the websites for specific scholarships, whether you would be a viable candidate, or whether a scholarship might otherwise be a good match for you, please contact Dean Phil Bean.

Application materials, including letters of recommendation, for the scholarships that require an institutional endorsement must be submitted to Carly King* by the dates specified.
