Columbia University's Amgen Scholars Program provides a stipend plus housing for 25-30 undergraduates to perform biology-related research in laboratories at Columbia University and Barnard College for 10 weeks during the summer. In addition to working on original research, the students meet on a weekly basis with other undergraduates performing research at Columbia to present and discuss their work.
