For Faculty
The Hurford Humanities Center funds summer research assistantships for faculty to hire students. This program provides mutual benefits—helping scholars with their work while giving students meaningful experience and insights about research and teaching in the humanities. With grants for Summer Institutes for Interdisciplinary Curricular Development, the Center offers opportunities for faculty to devote sustained quality time in the summer for close, collaborative work on course design and pedagogical technique.
