What employment opportunities does the Hurford Humanities Center offer?

Every year, the Center has a search for the Mellon Post-Doctoral Fellowship and the search criteria is based on the upcoming academic year Faculty Seminar. Application deadline is in January. Search information will be posted when available under “Fellowships.” Every year or two, the Center seeks a recent Haverford graduate to fill a Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship. Such an opening will not be available until Spring 2007 at the earliest. The Center periodically has openings for a Program Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. We do not anticipate searches for those positions in the near future.

How can I find out about Humanities Center events and programs?

Sign up for our email notices. We are not able to manage “snail mail” lists for specific interest areas, so, for example, we rely on the Music Department for their music series mailing list and the Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery for an exhibitions mailing list.
