Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery, Haverford College September 3 - October 8, 2010

Opening Reception: Friday, September 3, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Gallery Talk: Thursday, September 16, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

About the Exhibit:

Incorporating the drawings, paintings, digital prints, and sculpture of Dufala Brothers Steven and Billy Blaise, Problemy plays with the humble yet hugely important artifacts of daily life. In their work, the Dufala Brothers amplify the excesses of a manufactured world; at Haverford, they will provide a gorgeous angle on trash––both in the gallery and through site-specific installations on the Haverford campus.

Overseen by the John B. Hurford '60 Humanities Center and located in Whitehead Campus Center, the Cantor Fitzgerald Gallery is open Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., and Wednesdays 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.. For more information, contact Matthew Seamus Callinan, Campus Exhibitions Coordinator, at (610) 896-1287 or mcallina@haverford.edu.
