#6 - White Fir (Abies concolor)
Firs are native to cooler regions of the Northern Hemisphere. The White Fir is more tolerant of our heat and drought conditions. As an ornamental tree, its tall, narrow form and silver-blue needles make it attractive for the home landscape.
