#2 - Golden-Larch (Pseudolarix kaempferi)
The Golden-Larch is a deciduous conifer. Its needles grow from spur shoots along the branches, turn rusty-orange in the fall and then drop off. It is native to China and can grow up to 70 feet tall and 50 feet wide with an open silhouette. The cones are 2 to 3-inches long and grow on the upper side of the branches.
